1.1 Service Description

TranslateCalls.ai provides real-time call translation services integrated with GoHighLevel and other telephony platforms. We translate voice conversations bidirectionally in real-time using AI technology.

1.2 Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ years old
  • You must have a valid payment method
  • You must not be on any sanctions list
  • You must use the service legally in your jurisdiction

2. Your Founding Member Rights

As a Founding Member (First 100 Customers):

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Billing

  • Monthly subscription, billed in advance
  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled
  • Prices in USD
  • No setup fees for founding members

3.2 Refund Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee: Not happy? Email refund@translatecalls.ai within 30 days. Full refund. No questions. We'll even help you export your data.

3.3 Overages

Minutes beyond your plan: $0.05/minute. We'll warn you at 80% and 95% usage.

6. Intellectual Property

You own your call data. We own our technology. Neither of us owns the translated content - that's derived from your original content, so you keep those rights.

We Never:

  • Sell your call data
  • Train AI on your private conversations
  • Share your customer information
  • Listen to your calls (unless debugging with your permission)

7. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to your last 3 months of payments. We're not responsible for lost profits, missed deals, or indirect damages. We provide translation, not business advice.

8. Termination

Either party can terminate with 30 days notice. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. We can terminate immediately for violations of acceptable use.

Upon Termination:

  • You get 60 days to export your data
  • We delete your data after 90 days
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Founding member pricing is forfeit if you cancel
